Curious about how much time you have left? This quick and easy test will let you see how healthy you are and how likely you are to die and how soon.
How It Works
It's called the sitting-rising test. Essentially, all you do is stand up, sit down, then stand up again.
The video below will show you how to perform it.
How To Perform it
1) Start standing, then cross your legs.
2) Next, squat until you're seated on the ground, trying not to use your hands for help or falling onto your knees.
3) Give yourself 10 points before you start, then deduct one point every time you use a hand or knee to support you, and take away a half point every time you lose your balance.
Your score results
Your final score, according to the European Journal of Cardiology, determines your overall ability to stay alive. If your score is a three or below, you are 500% more likely to die in the next six years than if you scored above an eight.
